Using the service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for keeping your login details safe. Use the service lawfully and only for managing your savings group.

Roles and permissions

A group sets who can record money, approve loans and view reports. You agree to act within the role your group gives you.

Money and records

Kibina records what your group enters. It does not hold funds or move money on your behalf. Your group remains responsible for the money it manages.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may update features over time.
